ANDREW
& CO LLP has relocated all of its Lincoln operation to new purpose
built offices on the Roman Gate development close to Lincoln’s
northern bypass.Our Newark operation will continue to practise from
their recently refurbished offices at Kirkgate, Newark.
“Two
of our core values are to be accessible to our clients and to give value
for money”, explains Managing Partner Julie Bailey. “The new
building will increase our ability to uphold both those core values.
Our reception opening hours have been extended to 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
There is free on site parking for up to 50 cars and good access for
clients with disabilities. There are four very comfortable ground level
meeting rooms as well conference facilities. The work space has been
designed to improve working methods and increase efficiency”.
Andrew
& Co LLP has practised from offices in St Swithin’s Square
in the centre of Lincoln for some 80 years. The new building, St Swithin’s
Court, 1 Flavian Road, Nettleham Road, Lincoln, LN2 4GR, has been named
in recognition of that long connection.

Roman
Gate is being developed by Lincoln based Taylor Lindsey. Director Robin
Taylor said “We are delighted that Andrew & Co LLP chose Roman
Gate as the location for the new offices. It is a great way to get the
development underway and we wish the partners and staff continued success.”
